Birthday Party Basic Package

Guests aged 1-4 years $12.50 per child

Guests aged 5-12 years $16.50 per child

Guests under 1 are free

Minimum spend of $150 per party room applies on weekends (if you are occupying 2 party rooms the minimum spend will be $300, for 3 party rooms you need to spend $450). A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. 

This includes:

Invitations, party room, party food and drinks, room set up.

Included in party food:

Party pies, sausage rolls, chicken breast nuggets, cocktail frankfurts, fairy bread, cheezels or twisties, popcorn, cordial and filtered water (in jugs). Healthy Options party food is available, see details below.

Healthy Options

Extra $2 per child. Party food includes assorted sandwiches on wholemeal bread (ham and cheese, cheese, vegemite, cheese and vegemite, cheese and tomato), spinach & ricotta mini rolls, pancakes (cut into triangles), fruit salad, popcorn (just corn, popped fresh), one juicebox each and unlimited filtered water. 

Halal Catering

Halal party food is available for $1.50 extra per child. For the Halal menu we purchase party pies and sausage rolls from Danish Pattiseries and use Steggles chicken nuggets; the frankfurts are replaced with "Halal approved" hot chips from McCains cooked in a blended vegetable oil. You need to tell us when you book that you require the Halal menu so that food can be ordered in. 

Gluten Free

A gluten free range of party food can be provided. Catering for the entire party in gluten free can become expensive so we recommend you supply the gluten free food only to the children who require it and the others eat the regular party food with the exception of the cheezels (we will provide gluten free cheezels for everyone at no extra cost). Gluten free party food includes fairy bread, sausage rolls, pizza rounds, chicken nuggets, cocktail frankfurts and cheezels. The gluten free food can be brought out on a platter and placed in front of the child/ren who require it, so as not to single them out; or an individual plate can be prepared for that child. We will consider the age of the child and whether they understand which food they can eat. The surcharge for gluten free is $12 per child if required by 1 to 4 children. If you have 5 or more children requiring gluten free the surcharge is $8.50 per child. These prices only cover the cost of purchasing the food as it is more expensive and diffcult to buy in bulk. Please advise when you book that some children will require gluten free food and confirm the exact number of children with this requirement at least 4 days before your party.
