Venue Hire

Full of Fun is available to hire for your exclusive use after hours as a family friendly alternative to a function centre or hall. Venue hire can be booked from 4pm on weekdays or 5pm on weekends (subject to availability).  Some examples of the functions we have so far include children's birthdays, hen's party, baby showers, and an expo. Alcohol is BYO.

Friday 4th May, Saturday 5th May and Saturday 19th May are booked. 

June

Saturday 23rd June is booked.

July

Sunday 15th July is reserved but not confirmed, you can express interest in this date and we will let you know asap. 

August

Saturday 4th and Sunday 19th August are booked. 

  

Prices:

Venue Hire Only $300

This means that we open the venue after hours for your exclusive use for up to 3 hours. Additional time is $50 per hour. If you would like our cafe open there is an additional charge of $40 per hour to cover staff. 

  • Bring your own food, drinks, plates, cups etc
  • Use of all play facilities
  • Use of all seating areas including party room
  • You set up
  • You clear away rubbish
  • No staff service
  • No cleaning

This is a no service option. You are hiring the venue only. All of your set up and pack up needs to be done within the time you have booked for. You may use our play areas, toilet facilities, tables and chairs. You can use the cafe area and party rooms. You are not permitted into our kitchens. You bring all of your own food, drinks (unless cafe open), crockery, cutlery, serving utensils, serviettes and everything else you need. We do not have room for food storage or heating so all food must be brought ready to serve. You need to bring eskys or other cooling for your drinks. Before you leave you need to clear the tables by putting all of your rubbish in the bins provided and take away or throw out your leftovers. You do not do any cleaning. Please do not ask for a discount if you do the cleaning yourself. There is a lot more to do than you may expect (e.g. disinfecting climbing frames, cleaning obstacle course floors, etc) and we cannot entrust someone else with our cleaning. 

  

Dinner Service

We open the venue for your exclusive use for 3 hours and we provide a buffet dinner. There is no venue hire charge but we do require you to spend a minimum of $600. The usual charge for a self-serve buffet dinner of 3 mains and 3 desserts is $12 per adult and $8 per child. Apertiser platters (antipasto or similar) are $50 each and serve 15 adults. All food is prepared on site by our cooks so there is no limit to the options of what you can have. The most popular choice for buffet mains is one pasta dish, one curry and one roast, however we can make whatever you would like. For dessert we usually have one tart, one cake and one Pavlova. We are in the process of putting together a menu, in the mean time please call to discuss and we will give you some ideas for dishes. We will discuss your menu requirements with you when you book. Non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at our usual cafe prices. Cool drinks and water are $2 each. Most coffees are $3 each. All alcohol is BYO.

  

Cocktail Style Party

We open the venue for your exclusive use for 3 hours and we provide platters of finger food. There is no venue hire charge but we do require you to spend a minimum of $500. All platters are $50 each and serve 15 adults. Our usual platters are below, however please also have a look at our Cafe Menu (on this website) as anything on the menu can be made up as a platter. Non-alcoholic drinks can be provided through our cafe at usual prices. Cool drinks and water are $2 each. Most coffees are $3 each. All alcohol is BYO.

Platters:

Mini Sweets Selection - Serves 24. A mixture of 24 mini tarts and sweets including: citrus tart, fruit tart, lemon meringue pie, apple pie, almondine, fruit mince pie, profiterole, pecan pie, banana toffee tart and custard tart. As these items are subject to availability we will not guarantee the exact combination your platter will have. We will try our best to provide you with as broad of a range as possible but one or two items may not be available. 

Fruit Platter - A seletion of fresh seasonal fruits purchased on the day.

Pastries - Mini quiche lorraine, mini spinach & ricotta rolls, party pies and cocktail sausage rolls with tomato and barbeque dipping sauces. 

Asian - Dimsims, money bags, cocktail spring rolls and samosas with sweet chili dipping sauce.

Baguettes - 2 each of our baguettes (Continental, Norseman, Chicken Caesar and Tuna - see cafe menu for full details) cut into thirds. 

Seafood - Salt & pepper squid, shrimp shoamai, calamari rings and fish cocktails with dipping sauce. 

Kids Platter - Chicken nuggets, cocktail frankfurts, party pies, sausage rolls and fairy bread

Healthy Kids Platter - Assorted sandwiches (ham and cheese, cheese, cheese and tomato, vegemite, cheese and vegemite), pancakes, spinach and ricotta mini rolls and popcorn. 

  

Decorations & Themes

You can buy decorations through us or you can bring your own. If bringing your own there is a setup fee of $20 for us to put them up for you. If you buy them from us there is no set up fee. Some ideas for themes and decorations are below, please click on the links below to download a flier with prices.
